COST & LENGTH: The workshop is projected to last 4 weeks with an admission cost of $50 each week. Send an email to be placed on the waitlist!
FORMAT: This workshop follows a hybrid model, allowing virtual (Zoom) and in-person participation in Short Hills, New Jersey.
STRUCTURE: The Shapes of Mind Workshop is designed to help you explore the key mental health and wellness domains through an engaging and interactive approach. A pre-test and post-test of anxiety, depression, and satisfaction with life will be administered to evaluate your progress and the effectiveness of the workshop. Through the analogy of shapes, we will examine the connection between these four essential areas and practice concrete ways to achieve lasting emotional and physical wellbeing.
